I almost missed Friday Night Lights AGAIN last night because of the stupid State of the State address. Thank god for two NBC stations (even though second station has shit picture quality, but hey, I got to see my adorable Coach Puppy in action, woot!). Although, ( FNL spoiler ). Funny thing--I always notice what little I have of a midwestern accent always seems to get really thick after watching this show, LOL. Damn Texans.

I hate to say this, but my kidnap AU is getting a little out of control. It's kind of eating my brain and not letting me think about other important things, like say Chris recovering from a drug overdose in Toby's apartment. I SUCK, YES. But...*whimper* I'm having WAAAY too much fun writing snippy, trying-not-to-act-his-age sixteen-year-old Toby. Christ, what is it with me and teenage boys getting drunk and sexing each other?? It is a sickness, I tell you.

Jan. 13th, 2007 10:25 amSo I'm iced into my house and realize that I'm out of regular coffee. There's only decaf...which seems kind of pointless on a Saturday morning, LOL. I'm also a crabby old wench who just yelled at the neighbor kids for sledding repeatedly into the side of my house; said crabbiness may have been helped with caffeine, but who knows.

Um, I don't think it's supposed to thunder and lightning and SNOW ALL AT ONCE. If you don't hear from me for a few weeks, I've probably fallen into a black hole. I watched Bones tonight, and yeah, I am really starting to dig this show. I even put the first season in my Netflix queue, because Booth = ♥ and Booth/Brennan are like the cutest thing EVER. Not like Jim/Pam uber-cute, but definitely in the Mulder/Scully realm of cute.
