I've been listening to Evanescence's "Call Me When You're Sober" over and over again, and it gave me an idea. I'm considering the possibility of creating a multi-fandom fic challenge in the same vein as![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
highwaymiles, only instead of all the prompts being car related, they would all be based around intoxication, in its many varied forms. Is this something people would be interested in? I think it sounds kind of fun. :D

I really think Queer as Folk could be the first show I've ever gotten into via YouTube. I literally spent most of last night watching random clips. As much as I love Hal Sparks and yet feel odd sexualizing him, the Michael/Ben phone sex scene about killed me. GUH.

I hate that I can never find old movie stills on the web outside of IMDB that I can actually SAVE. Those IMDB Nazi bastards--LET ME RIGHTCLICK PLZKTHX.

I bought bagels for everyone in my office and no one shows up. NO ONE. There's literally five people here today. Hence the reason I have been at work almost an hour and have yet to do any "work", LOL.
I need help. My Kinks/Cliche Challenge fic is due Monday, and I haven't started anything. I haven't written a word and I'm fretting. I can't decide what I want to do, and when an idea comes to me I keep thinking about how it's already been done before and then I get frustrated all over again. So I'm asking you, flist, to help me out. Give me plot bunnies, nudges, anything that I can take and run with. I plan to use the weekend to write (which is good, since I haven't sat down and written anything substantial in weeks), so if I can get some fodder now, maybe I can get something going. I'd prefer to stay in either the Lost or Oz fandoms, but if you have a good smutty idea for another one entirely, I'm not opposed to hearing it. ;)

island_smut. The sign-up deadline is Wednesday and I've only had a handful of people respond; plus, to be honest, I don't have the heart to run a Lost fic exchange right now. If my flist really wants to do it and will absolutely just die if it's canceled, let me know. Otherwise, it's finito after tonight.
Seems that the flist is having major writer's block. I sympathize liek whoa. Myhighwaymiles fic is almost a week overdue and I haven't even written a word of it, although it's in my head. My Kinks/Cliches Challenge fic keeps changing its mind at will regarding fandoms, not to mention it can't decide if it wants to be about voyeurism or sexual experience. *sigh*
Okay, not so mopey things:
*I heard a freaking AWESOME spoiler fromhalfdutch about Desperate Housewives. Holy crap. I should've been watching this show the moment Lee stepped foot on the set.
*MI:3 only made $40 million this weekend. This just proves that I am so not alone in my steadfast resolve to never again give that crazy fucker my money. I am infinitely amused. :D
*Diet Dr. Pepper Berries & Cream isn't half bad. Just don't drink it warm.
