So The Happening was not as ridic as Mr. Foxx and I thought it would be. We literally rented it for the lolz, but in all honesty it scared the shit out of me. Here's a fact: any type of movie or story that involves a plague-like thing wiping out mankind stresses me out. I cannot read/watch the first half of The Stand, and Outbreak almost made me throw up. Which means yes, a movie about killer plants out to exterminate the human race was a wee bit frightening for me, especially considering this movie is really gory for a M. Night movie. (But Mark Wahlberg's acting is hoooooooorrible.)

There seems to be a lot of Dreamwidth talk suddenly saturating my flist! I'm surprised no one's heard about it until now. My two cents on it are that nothing happens overnight, and I'm perfectly happy to sit back and wait to see how things shake out. I've had this journal for over four years, and I'm in no hurry to leave. Fandom loves to get worked up about stuff, and DW is just the latest freak-out. :)
