My David Hewlett dream this morning, which I blame on the birthday picspam from the other day )

The summer movies that are coming out this year look like they won't suck for a change, but has anyone read Michael Bay's reasoning for not having the Volkswagen Beetle in the Transformers movie? He says it's because it reminds him too much of Herbie the Love Bug, which he hates. Um, what? Dude, Bumblebee is THE coolest one of the bunch; I remember I had my own Bumblebee, and it was one of my favorite toys. I'm fine with wanting to change little things here and there to make the characters more timely, but don't completely change a character (a Camero, GAH) just because you don't like them.

On a better note, just to show you how much I'm dying to see Shrek The Third:

I wanted to let you all know that Entertainment Weekly's upcoming "Summer Movie Preview" issue (on newsstands 4/27/07, I think) will feature a full-page photo and mini-Q&A with our very own John Krasinski. He talks briefly about his role as Lancelot in the movie - and I'll just say that the photo involves a sword and a horse-on-a-stick.

IS IT MAY YET?!

Okay, off to finish fic...
