Mostly, this is another example of how Spencer needs to buy boy jeans that fit him, because while Jon's jeans sit at his waist like they're supposed to, Spencer's are down somewhere barely covering his crotch. Heh.

THIS IS TRUE. Oh, Spencer. If only you were shorter, then you and Jon could share jeans and you'd know what real boy jeans feel like.
