So guess what arrived in the mail? NOT MY DELUXE EDITION. Instead, I came home to a large square box that totally looked like it should've had a vinyl record inside, along with, y'know, EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the only thing inside was the t-shirt. According to the US Postal Service, everything has been delivered to me.

WTF, WHY ME?? I JUST WANT MY FUCKING CD. IF I'D KNOWN IT WAS GOING TO BE THIS MUCH DRAMA, I WOULD'VE SAVED MY MONEY AND BOUGHT THE THING OFF ITUNES.

So far it seems that exactly nobody is having a good experience with FBR regarding deluxe edition albums.

This just in, FBR: you are a business, not a garage sale being run by fifteen-year-olds. Act like it.

People I've talked to who have gotten theirs said they got the t-shirt with everything else. I am thinking someone royally fucked up, and they BETTER fix it. My credit card has been billed, I should have this thing by now.

That SUCKS. And does not give me hope. Mine is still in Florida, apparently.

Yeah, apparently they didn't do a great job of actually sealing the packages.

playfullips said her box was half open and the packaging of the deluxe edition was all smooshed. This entire thing has been made of fail on FBR's part.

Did she email them and demand a refund or another copy be sent? I'm just soooooo paranoid they're going to claim the post office fucked up and they can't do anything for me.

An angry email has been sent! Unfortunately, it takes them up to one full business day to reply, and today's Saturday. UGH.

FBR sucked this time around. My two cds (Panic's and the Hush Sound), both regular edition, were just put in a bubble envelope.

A bubble envelope. Seriously. No extra protection. Both cases are broken.

I'm really disappointed in them. I've never had trouble with them before.

I got mine today and it's all there, but I'm still not thrilled. I'm sure everyone is having this problem, but the vinyl doesn't really fit in the sleeve with the protective paper so the whole thing doesn't close right. *pissy*

UUUUUUUUGH, I hate this so much. If I didn't want the DVD so much, I'd make them give me my money back.

I sent a polite but very angry email to the webstore@fueledbyramen.net last night. Mine actually DID arrive today, but the actual Deluxe Edition box inside was banging around because the box is entirely too big and NOT PADDED and VERY UNSTURDY AND SQUISHABLE and also halfway open on one end. The only thing holding like a six inch opening along one entire edge closed was ONE piece of (already partially torn) clear packing tape. I am so lucky it was still inside when it got to me (FIVE DAYS LATE).

FAIL FBR WEBSTORE. FAIL SO HARD.

Mandi just told me about that. WTF FAILBOAT, FBR. Why is all this so hard?

I know that the USPS tracking thing with the last update as it being received in Florida is not FBR's fault. Apparently, the USPS is pretty shit at updating tracking pages, which makes me wonder why the fuck they even bother at all. So I, for one, am not cursing FBR yet. I probably will be come Monday.

But duuuude! Only having the T-shirt is probably the biggest letdown I could imagine. I think you've got enough recourse to get all your shit, even if it's the USPS who messed it up. FBR would be doing themselves a great disservice at this time in the game to say, "oh hey, sorry. not our fault!" plus, you know, they're not sold out yet.

Yeah, I eventually got a tracking number, so I was okay up to a point. But getting a mostly empty box? NOT ON, FBR.

Ugh.

Epic. Fail.

I still don't have anything of mine. And no way of tracking it. I don't know wtf's up but if I don't have it by Tuesday, I will be sending my own angry email, methinks.

I *did* eventually get a tracking number, so maybe in your case it just hasn't shipped yet. :|

I am kinda glad I didn't buy mine from FBR, even I really wanted the deluxe edition. They're failing all over the place here.

The U.S. Postal system hate FBR, in my opinion.

Well, to be fair, the postal system didn't completely fail to include my CD and DVD in my box.

I have a tracking number that apparently is not found (I'm getting really tired of seeing that page) in the USPS system and have yet to receive anything. I'm getting slight more irritated as the days go past. I'm giving them til Monday then sending an e-mail along the lines of WTF.

If you don't have a tracking number, that means it hasn't made it into the Postal service system yet. Give it a few more days and see if it shows up. Mine took a long time to show up, too. :(

I've never had a problem ordering stuff from them before. My Impossibles albums and merch all got here just fucking fine. i think that, whoever they've got packaging this shit and shipping, is slacking the fuck off. seriously. I think there's also a phone number on the actual website to get intouch with FBR offices (not the store), maybe it would be a good idea to call and let them have a piece of your mind about how whoever they've got shipping this stuff (and they pay someone else to do it, i believe) is fucking up royally.

SOMEONE is dropping the ball here, and I'd kind of like to punch them in the face. :(

Yeah, my order that I ordered on the 16th (The Pretty. Odd. Collage Shirt and the IOH Tab book) hasn't even been shipped yet. CLANDESTINE got me my shirt in about 3, 4 days. What the hell, FBR.
