Jon sings part of the chorus on Norhtern Downpour, plus you can hear him in the harmonies on almost all the other tracks (except the ones that are just Brendon, of course). I'm almost positive Spencer's singing at the end of Northern Downpour, too, i.e. the "hey moon please forget to go down" part.

i couldn't agree more. northern downpour is their finest work yet, compositionally, lyrically, and in terms of arrangement. i would disagree with "lacking immediacy" cos it was the song that captured me the most on my first listen.

I disagree with the lacking immediacy comment, too, and also the comment that Folkin' Around is "incongruous" and is evidence that they're so young. Bzuh? To me, it's one of the most mature songs on the record.
