FLIST, I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST TEN POUNDS AND AN INCH AND A HALF OFF MY WAIST. ALSO, WENT FROM RUNNING A MILE IN 16:30 TO 13:07. ALSO, LOST FIVE CENTIMETERS OF FAT OFF MY STOMACH.
My next goal is running a consistent mile at over 5 mph. Right now I can only go a few minutes at that speed without stopping. Hopefully by the time we start the next bootcamp in January I'll have worked up to that point. \o/
\o/ Tonight's the ~final night, and my trainer's throwing us a party and giving out "awards". I'm secretly hoping I get most improved mile. (Why yes, I'm 12 and need validation with certificates of achievement!)
