I have NEVER liked Ryan's voice. I was hoping hoping hoping I would like/love this because JOOOOOOOON but. UGH. :( I'm hoping that they share vocals so I can lovelovelove some of the songs.(I also may have said in a few places that it feels like Beatles Karaoke as sung by Ryan Ross... which from a band isn't a good thing. :/ )

I have to agree on this point. I am all for both bands succeeding and I've loved bands like The Young Rascals, The Grass Roots, The Lovin' Spoonful et al since I was a teenager so I'm psyched that RyRo loves the '60s style as much as I do but I just don't think he has the pipes to be a lead singer.

I LOVE the song. Like, SO. MUCH. I've only been able to listen to it once, but I'm a big fan of the style. Ryan's voice is so much better suited to it, I think. They both sound really, really good. I was particularly impressed with their guitar and bass playing. They are really showing us what they can do. I can't wait to jam out to the whole album. :D

I'm not crazy about the band name, but I DO think it's uniquely LOLarious as only Ryan Ross can be. And besides, I've loved bands with much more stupid names before (Cobra Starship, hello) so it's all good. :D

The guitar solo was Alex! And I'm not totally sure that Jon was playing bass on it, but I can hear his vooooooooice on the harmonies (HARMONIES!! THAT IS WHAT I LOVED ABOUT PRETTY ODD). Ugh, I just love THEM and this song is so catchy and great and. I JUST REALLY LOVE IT. ♥

I wonder why they had Alex do the guitar solo? Ryan definitely had some good solos the last time I saw him live. I'm not gonna lie, I love Alex Greenwald and I'm super excited to see him on stage w/ Jon and Ryan. And Eric, too, of course. I think he's got a really nice voice.

They are rather very adorable. ^_^
