Thank you to everyone who gave good thoughts for my health stuff yesterday! I'm feeling much better today. :)
And also, thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts and opinions on my Jon meta post. It meant a lot to me, and after thinking it over long and hard, I've decided to, as Mr. Foxx puts it so eloquently, "not be a puss" and re-post it, unedited and just as it was. My New Year's resolution is to not let people get to me so easily, and this is a step in that direction. Many of you commented that you had the post bookmarked, or wanted to read it again, and I felt like I'd overacted in deleting it. So feel free to comment to the new post, or not; either way, I feel better about everything in general now. It was never that I didn't want discussion, I just didn't want negative drama. But again, thank you for being so level-headed and kind to my slightly neurotic self. *hugs you all*
In other, less melodramatic news, I need something distracting and ridiculous right now, and I figured instead of doing an end-of-the-year-type post, I'd do a bunch of polls about things we love in fic. Because I'd kind of like to talk about porn and really awesomely bad cliches. \o/

i tried to give specific answers everywhere. i could've just checked 'everything!' but that's not really what you want from a poll. kissing and cuddling are my favorite kinds of boy-touch in stories. a well-written, detailed make-out scene does so much more to me than a sex scene ever could! cuddling is one of my favorite things to do, and obviously this translates to bandom.
the second question was a lot harder to answer. i don't know if you wanted me to check just one of those options, but in the end i chose blowjobs, frottage and masturbation (the elimination between frottage and underage experimentation was a hard one!). much like kissing, blowjob scenes usually > sex scenes to me. frottage is just aeprawerpawer, and masturbation... idk, i think i'm yet to find someone who doesn't enjoy masturbation fic, to be honest.
lastly, whore!au's and strip club au's (and anything else in that genre) totally own my soul. i blame wednesday night boys and fics alike.
