Oh em gee
What do you dream about, Jon?
Jon: When we were in New York with the band, I dreamed that we had to leave the hotel. We had to be evacuated. I was the hero, because I brought all the band members and people who were with us in to safety. I threw the mattress outside from the 30th floor, we jumped on it and we slid down. That was one of the weirdest dreams I ever had. Oh no, I once had a dream where my cats talked to me!
Did you talk back the next morning?
Jon: The next day I kept an eye on them. I thought that they really could hear me. But I think they can’t. At least, not yet, because I think that they are a little nervous to show their true identity.

Of course he dreams of rescuing Panic. Isn't that sorta what he did do? For real? Sometimes, thinking about the what ifs or might haves can be scary. What if they never kicked out Brent, and they lost any respect or credibility from promoters (that tend to frown on bands blowing off performances)? What if Jon couldn't / didn't want to join Panic, and they were stuck with some other random guy? ick. They have such good chemistry (i'm talking the real stuff, not this fun/slashy stuff we come up with, but the real honest to god thing) but they're lucky it was such a good fit.
With as young and inexperienced as they were, it could have been complete disaster. But Jon Walker showed up and pulled the band to safety. What a nice boy. Pity we can't bake them cookies or something. (thank GOD they're getting smarter and not eating shit their crazyass fans make for them any more!)
(and if he's gonna read fic, at least he's reading good fic, right?) :blink blink:
