The same thing happens to me, I was sure my evaluation this year would be less than stunning..not only was it GLOWING but they said that they would give me tuition reimbursement and time off to take classes because I'm wasting my creativity there..not that they want me to leave but they are more than willing to give me an extra hour off a day to take a class and such.
